Brecon Beacons: Fan y Big

Fan y Big
Fan y Big
A hastily arranged weekend in the Beacons, but the weather wasn't really up to scratch, and a planned walk of the Brecon Horseshoe, turned into a gentle stroll from Neuadd Reservoir along the roman road to Bwlch Ar y Fan, and then the slippery steps up to Fan y Big.

Not a lot to see today at 719 metres, the clouds were low and it wasn't conducive to hanging around on the peak. So I retraced my steps to the car, and opted to save the horseshoe for a good day, assuming they do have nice weather in Wales!

Spent the afternoon in Brecon, with a few beers whilst waiting for the West Ham game on the box.
